    Detailed info

    Ribolla gialla, a local Friuli variety, has a history of more than 700 years. Also used in the production of orange wine, it displays here a pale-yellow hue with beautiful greenish highlights. The nose is delicately scented, evoking both fruity and floral notes as well as subtle herbaceous accents. Perfect on Mussels Marinières, goat cheese or shrimp pesto pasta.
