The alpataco – an indegenous bush symbolizing the tenacity of life in the Patagonian steppe – proudly adorns the label of this range by the Schroeder family. With low-yield production and rigorous wine-making process, this estate offers a Chardonnay that matured for 6 months in French and American barrels. The attack is lively, striking, with flavours of green apple, pineapple and pear. The finish is completed by vanilla and milky notes.
