    Susana Balbo made history by becoming the first Argentine to earn a degree in oenology. After traveling the world for 20 years as a consultant and as an oenologist for the Argentinian industry, she returned to Mendoza to launch her own business. Emblematic of the country, the Torrontés grape variety delivers here its floral and fruity notes with authority. An aromatic white wine to start an aperitif or to serve with Vietnamese cuisine.
