Well done! Dynamic and demanding like no other, Yves Cuilleron brilliantly heads this estate today covering over 50 hectares, including six crus in northern Rhône. Under the Collines Rhodaniennes appellation, he signs a Viognier grown without pesticides or herbicides, where treatments are restrained according to the weather and where fertilizer addition is rare and exclusively organic. Aged six months on lees in both casks and barrels, this white is simply astounding with its precise and graceful palate of rose, orange blossom, peach and watermelon.
