As its name suggests, this cuvée is the result of a blend of several terroirs which make it the gateway to Stéphane Tissot's highly coveted range of wines. Vines over 50 years old, organic and biodynamic cultivation, aging in barrels but with only 10% new wood... a gem of a white wine that will create magic at the table with wild mushrooms and cream pasta, topped with some fine cheese. We would opt for a regional pairing with Comté!
