Domaine du Vissoux Moulin à Vent Les Trois Roches 2011
Once again, the Chermette duo delivers a cuvee true to its reputation for excellence. The name Les Trois Roches is a reference to the three parcels (Rochelle, Rochegrès and Roche Noire) that create this fine, whole and balance red emanating scents of red berries, peony and banana. Quite supple, the mouth features a pleasing freshness along with a tight tannic structure.
