Alexandre Gendrier met Paulina during a trip to Quebec in 2007. Since then, she has worked with him at Domaine des Huards, owned by the family since 1846. Gradually taking over the reins of the operation, their mission remains the same: the integrity of the wines. No product resulting from synthetic chemistry is used and the fermentations are carried out with natural yeasts. Fine, elegant and with bright fruit, this successful marriage between Pinot and Gamay is incredibly satisfying paired to barbecue-grilled salmon or a beef tartar.
