Quinta De La Rosa 2010
In 1988, father-daughter duo Tim and Sophia Bergqvist, the owners of Quinta de la Rosa, decided to stop selling their grapes and make their own wine instead. Port was their first big success, but today they are better known for their red wines. Made from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz, and aged 12 months in French oak, the house's mid-level red is serious stuff.
