Less popular than Chardonnay in the white grape varieties of Burgundy, Aligoté still has several qualities to reveal when well pampered. Because the vines behind this cuvée are located in the commune of Saint-Bris, very close to Chablis, the typical limestone soils are no strangers to the wine’s seductive profile.
