Founded in 2003, Bodega del Abad oversees some 40 hectares in Spain's Bierzo region and uses solely local grapes Mencia and Godello in its wines. This white is part of the Gotin del Risc selection undergoes a maceration with skins and a 5-month élevage on fine lees. It stands tall in the mouth and features a tonic acidity, along with flavours of pear, Golden apple and white flowers.
