    Founded in 1825 in Nuits-Saint-Georges, this family estate, still managed by the Faiveley family, offers here a white wine made from Aligoté in the Bouzeron AOC. Striking for its fullness and its aromatic profile reminiscent of white fruits, almond paste combined with grilled and vegetal notes. A great way to discover this qualitative appellation with dumplings with sesame sauce or a filet of sole amandine.
