Located just north of Almansa, Bodegas Atalaya is a brand new project born in 2007 from Orowines group. This cuvee is made of Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell, two indigenous varietals, and aged 12 months in French oak casks. The result is a fresh red with a quasi-fatty texture featuring coated tannins and flavours of torrefaction, orange and plum.
