    Reputed for its gracious but powerful Barolos, Paolo Scavino is run by Enrico Scavino, son of the eponymous founder, and Enrico's two daughters. Their accessible Dolcetto has notes of violet, blackberry and smoke. With its freshness and plump tannins, it's a tasty, unpretentious wine that will go down well with grilled sausages.
