Produced in small batch, Booker's is part of the Jim Beam constellation. Grandson of Mr. Beam, Booker Noe III is not only the mastermind blender behind this intense bourbon, but also of all those produced by the company between 1960 and 1992. Straight from the cask, this one (aged 6 years, five months and 20 days!) is bottled without cold filtration or dilution. Exuberant, and powerful, it is revealed through dominant flavours of vanilla, English toffee, coconut, smoke and tobacco. At 64,3% alcohol, it is not exactly delicate, but don't count on an apology from the producers.
