  1. If Orpailleur vineyard no longer needs an introduction, we always enjoy rediscovering some of their novel products, such as this “gray wine” which is in fact made from the maceration of grape varieties with slightly tinted skin. Here, it is the New York Muscat that plays this role in the blend. Graced with an impeccable balance between acidity and a touch of sugar, this wine will be simply delicious at brunch or with Asian cuisine.

  2. Made from Cortland apples dehydrated outside until winter, combined with McIntosh macerated with their skins, this cider is made with no added sulphites and is naturally gluten-free. Its crisp apple and melon flavours along with its strong acidity make it a great partner for seared scallops or pineapple chicken.

  3. After the spontaneous fermentation of the cider, the marc of the Chardonnay grape variety from Vignoble Camy is added to the tank for two weeks of maceration. These solid parts are then extracted from the tank and the cider rests on its lees for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a cider with a festive bubble, pleasantly aromatic (ripe apple and honey) and medium bodied. Ideal for natural Chardo lovers!

These solid parts are then extracted from the tank and the cider rests on its lees for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a cider with a festive bubble, pleasantly aromatic (wild fruits) and medium-bodied. For lovers of farm ciders!

These solid parts are then extracted from the tank and the cider rests on its lees for a few weeks before bottling. The result is a cider with a festive bubble, pleasantly aromatic (red fruits and candy) and medium-bodied. Something funky and frizzy wine lovers will enjoy!

    Michel Jodoin Rosé Pétillant (13514297)
This sparkling cider has it all. The balance of its thirst-quenching acidity and a slight hint of residual sugar gives it the desired versatility to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with charcuterie.

    Milton Star Pomme (13612321)
A versatile cider that everyone will appreciate. Having just enough sweetness to marry the natural acidity of the apples, it presents itself with a full texture and a crunchy fruitiness. Serve chilled on its own or why not, with tacos or corn chips in nacho mode.

    Spritzol (14480341)
This cider-based spritz combines citrus flavours, bitterness, sweetness and bubbles. Serve in a large glass filled with ice with an orange slice, and pair with bites, crackers, olives and nuts.

    Domaine Lafrance (14703321)
Organic, vegan and gluten-free, this sparkling cider has it all. Very dry, light and thirst-quenching, enjoy it on its own to appreciate its freshly picked apple flavours. Also an excellent partner for sushi, to discover!

    Milton Star Limonade (14721896)
Naturally gluten-free, this cider-based cocktail stands out for its crisp lemonade flavour. Light and bursting with natural aromas, we suggest serving it very cold in a glass filled with ice cubes. Perfect for a picnic.

    Taïga Seltzer Framboise Camerise (14722055)
Young entrepreneur Claudie Lamoureux offers us her very first premium "seltzer" type drinks. It contains only one gram of sugar and 100 calories per can. Naturally flavoured with raspberries and haskaps, its delicate tangy flavours make it a refreshing beverage.
