  2. "Margoulette is a cider made with more than thirty varieties of late harvested and ancestral apples that give it texture and complexity. This cider was fermented with indigenous yeasts at low temperature and aged in Burgundy oak barrels for several months. Vinous, dry with fine and persistent bubbles, Margoulette will be perfect for festive aperitifs as well as dinners with friends and family."

  3. After a trip to Normandy, Marc-Antoine Arseneault-Chiasson and Audrey-Ann Lussier launched their cidery near Farnham. Resulting from agro organic and regenerative practices, this cider takes its profile from a maceration of strawberries and the addition of sumac vinegar. Its fruitiness and freshness make it great as an aperitif.
