Resulting from agro organic and regenerative practices, this cider takes its profile from a maceration of strawberries and the addition of sumac vinegar. Its fruitiness and freshness make it great as an aperitif.
Made entirely from belmac, an apple cultivar resistant to common apple diseases, this cider offers beautiful fine bubbles activated by a traditional method followed by 14 months of ageing on lees. Very dry and with a digestible alcohol content, this sparkling wine will pair well with a platter of local cheeses.
