Most of the content and main transactional features of this website are accessible and conform to the applicable elements of the Standard on Website Accessibility (SGQRI 008 3.0) - in French only.

When this new version of the SAQ.COM website was launched, certain elements have not yet been validated and may therefore include obstacles to accessibility:

• PDF documents and other downloadable documents;
• The pages presenting the list of jobs offered, as well as the pages containing forms for applying or submitting a curriculum vitae, which are managed by a third party;
• Geographic maps which are used in particular to display store locations;
• Certain pages of additional information related to SAQ Inspire transactions.

The SAQ cannot guarantee the accessibility of content from third parties that are not subject to the Web accessibility standards (SGQRI 008 2.0).

Supported devices, operating systems and web browsers

The SAQ.COM website is designed to fit and work with the mobile devices, tablets and computers most commonly used by users using the site.

Desktop computers running Windows:

The SAQ.COM site has been adapted and tested to work with desktops equipped with the Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.

Note: The site has not been adapted or tested on previous versions of Windows: 8, 7, Vista, XP, 2000, 98 or NT.

Supported web browsers for Windows:

• Chrome: from version 137.xx
• Firefox: from version 139.xx
• Microsoft Edge: from version 137.xx
  The SAQ.COM site should work correctly with newer versions of the browsers supported above.

Browsers for Windows not supported:
Internet Explorer is no longer supported and some elements of the site are not functional with this browser.
The site has not been tested with Safari and Opera for Windows.

Apple Desktop Computers (Mac):

The SAQ.COM site has been adapted and tested to work with Mac running on macOS 14 (Sonoma) and macOS 15 (Sequoia). operating systems.

The site has not been tested with versions older than macOS 14 (Sonoma)..

Supported Mac web browsers:

• Chrome: from version 137.xx
• Firefox: from version 139.xx
• Safari: from version 18

Unsupported Mac browsers:
