Property of Jean-Michel Cazes, this cuvée by Domaine de l’Ostal in the Minervois is crafted from one of the most beautiful parcels named “Estibals”, planted with young vines that don’t go into the elaboration of the Grand vin. The typical Languedoc blend is dominated by Syrah, and recalls the solar character of the region, displaying a bouquet of ripe black fruits, garrigue (thyme, rosemary), pepper and violet.
