Sourcing from 950 winemakers harvesting 1480 hectare of vineyards, Union Auboise, the co op winery in the heart of Côte des Bar, uses only the top 20% of this production for the Devaux Champagnes. A strict plot selection of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay combined to 5 years of aging gives us an elegant fruity and spicy bubbly that also exudes brioche.
