Vincent Pinard Chêne Marchand Sancerre 2016
Detailed info
«Welcome to Sauvignon eden!» says La Revue du vin de France. On this 17-hectare property, Vincent Pinard and his sons Florent and Clément adopt an approach of little intervention. No chemical treatment is used and most of the work is done by hand, including harvest. Born from parcel selection of old vines on the villages of Bué, Chêne Marchand shares its élevage between oak and stainless steel. This is a fruity, mineral and vegetal Sancerre with good bite.
