«Made by a winery that uses biodynamic production, we only made two barrels from our Puligny-Montrachet «En Corvée de Vignes» parcel, and what an honour it was to work with thiswinery! We were very careful not to over-oak this wonderful wine, and we only used the best barrels (one to two years of age) for the occasion. The wine is pure and crystal clear with a profile that is reminiscent of white fruit, apple lowers, fresh butter and a subtle toastiness. A white that offers excellent persistence in the mouth and a chiselled mineral character that is sure to last as it ages. Fermented with indigenous yeast and matured for 18 months in a cool cellar before bottling.»
