Le Clos du Château de Bligny Brut
Detailed info
At the heart of the Côte des Bar, the southernmost point of Champagne, is where you'll find this estate founded in the 18th century by the Dampierre marquis. As the name suggests, the cuvee is made up of six varietals: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier (the appellation's three usual suspects) plus Petit Meslier, Arbane and Pinot Blanc. The result is a Champagne of great aromatic complexity and great richness.
