Settled at the property since 1991, David Duband produces from family vines but also from those of businessman François Feuillet. Today at the head of many of the most beautiful Burgundy wines, he developed a technique that focuses more on the fruit by cutting down on élevage time and new cask proportion. The nose first reveals woody and grilled notes that merge harmoniously with accents of cherry, leather and tobacco. A wine with great freshness and tannins that will mellow with time.
