Château Lacaussade St-Martin Trois Moulins 2020
Detailed info
Located on the hillside bordering the Gironde, facing the Grands Crus Classés du Médoc, the vines at Château Lacaussade Saint Martin span their roots over some 60 hectares. To wake up the Blayais terroir (a zone located 40 km north of Bordeaux) was a dream for oenologist and owner Jacques Chardat. The 12-month élevage in casks yields a toasted and beautifully textured profile to this mostly Sémillon blend. Accents of pear, lemon and olive oil are also featured.
