"This stunning wine will be released in September 2017, having benefitted beautifully from an additional 10 years of bottle aging at the winery. The 2007 Barolo Le Vigne Sibi et Paucis shows richness and density. It carries its weight with the utmost care, grace and the lightest of footsteps. About one-quarter of the fruit in this vintage was sourced from the Monforte d'Alba village. Le Vigne always represents a careful selection of fruit from various points. The bouquet here is compact and forthcoming with dark fruit and savory spice. The mouthfeel is alive and vibrant. This wine will tick all those hedonistic boxes in your brain."
