A rising star in the Champagne region, the dynamic duo formed by Xavier Gonet and Julie Médeville – from Château Gilette in Sauternes – manages a 10 hectare property of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus. A 2 year aging on laths and further maturation in old oak barrels adds texture, complexity and definition to this Chardonnay cuvée. A hint of rancio mixed with accents of white flower and fruit make this Champagne really quite seductive.
