Redstone Winery is Moray Tawse and his award-winning winemaking team's latest venture. Named «2017 Winery of the year« in Canada, the 38-acre estate owes its name to the red clay soil and large stones. This is a blend of individually-fermented Chardonnay sourced from select mature Beamsville Bench vineyards. Matured and aged 12 months in French oak, the palate is slightly lacteous with a toasty opening. The wine finishes on notes of white fruit and the ensemble is fresh, round and persistent.
