Combining Chardonnay to the very Catalan Xarel-lo and Sauvignon Blanc, this organically-grown cuvée has seen some wood contact in the process. The scents of cooked apple, pear, citrus and a delicate mineral touch are joined by an ample, mouth-caressing texture. A perfect pairing for grilled-veggie skewers or a lemon-and-herb marinated chicken breast.
