" A slightly riper nose of exceptionally fresh, if slightly tropical aromas, consisting of white peach, pear, dried apricot and matchstick. There is outstanding richness to the somewhat more concentrated broad-shouldered flavours that manage to retain a relatively fine sense of detail on the clean, saline and lingering finish. Morey-Coffinet almost always manages to coax unusually good elegance from their Bâtard and 2015 will only add to that reputation."
