A wheat and barley beer aged in barrels near the lambic barrels of the brewery for a second spontaneous fermentation, it benefits from a 16-month aging in barrels that have previously contained Châteauneuf-du-Pape, before undergoing a third fermentation in bottles. This well-rounded and expressive blonde combines its Belgian beer profile with a delicately funky and vinous touch, with notes of citrus peel and bread. Undeniably complex, one even forgets its alcoholic strength.
