Favourite beer of the brewer’s wife, named Nathalie and kindergarten teacher, the ‘’Nath’’ sports on its sticker an illustration of the teacher made by her pupils. It’s a blend of lambic and rhubarb, the latter adding a vegetal and tart aspect. Simultaneously funky and fruity, the mouth puts forth tangy and slightly earthy notes. Original and very complex, the dry finish ends on a delicate woody touch.
