    Located in the district of Serralunga d'Alba, Shiavenza covers less than 10 hectares in the heart of the Langhe. Founded in 1956, this Piedmontese estate with a traditional approach offers this Dolcetto wine which, once decanted for around thirty minutes, unveils flavours of leather, cherry, earth and black fruits.
