David Michel has been one of the key figures in the estate’s history. Originally from France, he was one of the first to plant quality vines in the Calchaquí Valley. A third of this cuvée is fermented and aged in French oak barrels for a period of 6 months. Very ample, it will highlight your fish dishes in creamy sauce or macaroni au gratin for sure.
