Luc Pélaquié, who now takes care of the family estate, has also given his name to the cuvées that come from the vineyard's oldest vines. This wine benefitted from fermentation in barrels and aging on lees. The result is a round and full-bodied wine with scents of white flowers, marzipan, butter cookies and white-fleshed fruits.
