    Belgian brewery 3 Fonteinen, from Beersel, specializes in lambic type beers. The number 26 blend stands out with its nice carbonation and typical upfront acidity. The aromatic profile unveils fragrances of heather and cereals, sesame, lemon pulp and zest as well as an almost saline note. Very good balance.
