Well-known by insiders, this small brewery distinguishes the aging and aromatics of the «Eclipse» selection by the colour of the wax collar. This stout was aged in apple brandy casks, yielding added substance and roundness, along with more sustained fruit. It still offers the same bitterness balance of the style. This version is slightly richer, but quite delicious.
