Santa Ema Syrah Gran Reserva 2019
Detailed info
Established in 1956 by Pedro Pavone, a Piedmontese immigrant, the Santa Ema estate signs here a Syrah-based cuvee. Taking advantage of the proximity to the Pacific Ocean and the freshness it brings to the coast, coupled with the granitic-rich soils of the surrounding terroir, it yields a decidedly-charming and balanced wine. Aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant and violet are joined by torrefaction and oak notes.
