Always well-appreciated, Josmeyer estate (or rather the eponymous sisters!) delivers here a very tasty version of the Sylvaner grape, in what seems to be a mutation of its counterpart graced with a classic peel... Hence its name "red skin”, a bit like the “grey” version of Pinot Blanc! This cuvée, a result of biodynamic-driven culture, expresses itself by exuberant notes of ripe white fruits, honey, flower and that little spicy touch behind all its exoticism. A wine that will pair perfectly with spring rolls or simply a platter of Quebec charcuteries!
