From grain to glass, such is our saying. We start with 100% Quebec rye and ferment it, then distill it three times to obtain a perfectly balanced alcohol with exceptional texture and softness. Pepper, laurel and rosemary start this seductive ball of rich perfumes emanating from this gin. They then make way for aromas of jasmine and orange peel. Slightly saline finish with an unctuous and creamy texture, punctuated by notes of refreshing cardamom. It's a powerful and elegant gin ... a true Gentleman!
