    Salento is the southernmost point of Puglia, which makes up the “heal” portion of the Italian boot. The work of a dynamic and small co-op, this Primitivo cuvée, also known as the Zinfandel you’ll find in California, expresses itself through pleasing notes of very ripe black fruits and spices, all in a round mouth. Amazing with ribs.
