Nikka Coffey Gin

Nikka Coffey Gin is a Japanese gin produced by the Nikka distillery, famous for its whiskies. This gin is made from corn and barley distilled in a Coffey still, invented by Aeneas Coffey in the 19th century. This still allows for continuous distillation, resulting in a purer spirit, thus leaving the spotlight to the aromatics put forward. This gin is distinguished by notes of Japanese citrus fruits such as yuzu, kabosu, amanatsu and shikuwasa, as well as touches of sansho pepper and juniper berries.
