This is a happy mix of the freshness offered by a white beer and the floral and resinous side of hop. Fermented and aged in French oak casks with the addition of kumquat, coriander and indigenous yeasts, it displays lemony, herbaceous, funky and floral notes. The foam is abundant yet airy, with nicely-balanced bitterness. A fab thirst-quenching beer!
