Property of the American collectors Eddy and Howard Milstein, of Louis Jadot estate and of Toronto-based Halpern, the direction of company was given to Bernard Repolt who waisted no time to redefine its mission and enlist the services of oenologist Claudie Jobard. This cuvée enjoys a beautiful reputation and presents the personality of a classic Pinot Noir, featuring scents of cherry and raspberry, humid dirt and undergrowth, all bonified by a subtle peppery note. Its generous texture and suppleness make it an excellent versatile choice for veal chops or mustard and herbes de Provence-marinated tofu skewers.
