“This too is still carrying quite a bit of post-bottling sulfur so I would repeat my advice to thoroughly aerate the wine first. More interesting are the bigger and richer if not more refined medium weight flavors that possess excellent minerality on the tautly muscular and slightly more tightly wound finale. This offers just a bit more overall depth and is a wine that should repay up to a decade of cellaring.”
