Domaine Xavier Monnot Bourgogne Les Grandes Coutures 2019

Tenth-generation winemaker, Xavier Monnot joins the family estate located in Meursault in 1994. He takes over his grandfather René Monnier to oversee the 17 hectares that make up the vineyard and spreads over many Beaune communes. He crafts seductive and accessible wines, with little intervention and precise élevages. Born from the «Les Grandes Coutures» lieu-dit close to Meursault, this white is beautifully balanced, showcasing a superb balance and thirst-quenching tension, accents of white fruits and toasted notes.
