“The 2017 Saint-Aubin 1er Cru Derrière Chez Edouard exhibits notes of lemon zest and white flowers that mingle with nuances of crushed chalk and oyster shell. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, elegantly glossy and vibrant, with a tight-knit core of crunchy fruit, bright acids and a long, pure finish. This cuvée is reliably first rate and the 2017 rendition is no exception.”
