Formerly, port was shipped to the Bruges and Antwerp ports in barrels of approximately 650 litres. Pijpen blends the nicest lambics aged on average 20 months in these old tuns aged between 60 and 120 years. Citrus, apple, brett and woody notes mingle in this old and complex gueuze with bite.
