Using the Second vin de Château principle, this cuvée highlights the youngest vines and the most likely to craft a wine featuring mouth-filling fruit that accessible and pleasing in its youth. The blend of similar-parts Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, complete with a touch of Verdot, enjoys 12 months of aging in one to two year-old casks. Quite classic, it expresses notes of black fruits, undergrowth, graphite and a touch of well-integrated oak.
