Collaboration between Mikkeller and Brouwerij Boon, this gueuze is a blend of one and two-year old lambics, with a touch of lambic aged three years. The aging in tuns formerly containing white vermouth gives it a lot of character. Its profile is reminiscent of bread, roasted sesame seeds, ripe apple and lemon zest. The mouth is round, lively and adds beautiful funky accents.
