    François-Xavier Barc created a cuvée graced with great authenticity revealing the Montlouis terroir. This is a 100% Chenin Blanc that will knock your socks off. Dry, charming and generously revealing scents of apple, honey and clover flower, the attack is thirst-quenching, and the finale brings chalk notes. Totally delicious.
