    Producing all its cuvées from grape to glass, this New-Zealand estate uses "The Falcon" umbrella designation to label its signature terroir wines. Midway between its big-production entry-level wines and its single-parcel cuvées, this very typical Chardonnay is stunning. It reveals scents of ripe apple, a hint of lacteous and mineral accents, as well as a toasted hazelnut note, pledge of well-integrated barrel aging.
